I bring a unique blend of empathy, lived experience, and professional training into every session. Before stepping into counselling, I spent over five years as a mental health coach, supporting individuals globally through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and workshops.
My work is rooted in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and never judged. A space where you can be real, messy, uncertain—and still supported through it all.
My approach is personalized, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I don’t believe in surface-level work. Together, we gently explore your experiences, break through limiting patterns, and help you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your sense of self.
Alongside emotional support, I offer practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life—so you’re not just understanding yourself, but learning how to move through life differently.

Counselling

Counselling is a space where you get to slow down.
This is a more client-led experience, where we move at your pace and focus on what feels most present for you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or deeper patterns, this space is about understanding, processing, and healing.
Together, we’ll:
- Explore and process past and present experiences
- Work through emotions in a safe, supportive space
- Understand patterns, triggers, and attachment styles
- Build emotional awareness, regulation, and self-compassion
There is no pressure to have goals or “fix” anything right away—this space meets you exactly where you are.
